By accessing or using MedReview, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
By using MedReview you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. MedReview may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page; the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Throughout these Terms, the words “you” and “your” refer to the user, and “MedReview,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to MedReview and its affiliated specialty products.
You must be at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use MedReview. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
MedReview is a specialty medical education company that develops board review question banks (QBanks) and oral board preparation platforms. The MedReview site (medreview.com) serves as the parent hub linking to active specialty products and describing programs in development. Specific product features, content, and subscription terms are described on the respective specialty sites.
Where MedReview or a specialty product requires account registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@medreviewedu.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password.
All content provided through MedReview and its specialty products, including questions, explanations, illustrations, audio, video, software, text, design, and the compilation and arrangement of the content, is the sole and exclusive property of MedReview, its licensors, or its content contributors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on MedReview (including “MedReview,” “PRSReview,” “OMSurgeryReview,” and “RheumatologyReview”) are the property of MedReview. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MedReview grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may print or save a reasonable number of pages of content for your personal study, provided that you do not remove any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
Account access is for individual use only. You are not allowed to access the content from multiple devices or locations concurrently using the same account credentials.

Paid subscriptions are sold through the individual specialty products (PRSReview.com, OMSurgeryReview.com, RheumatologyReview.com) and are subject to the terms shown at checkout on those sites. MedReview.com itself does not sell subscriptions directly.
Except as otherwise provided at the point of purchase or at MedReview's sole discretion, no refunds, cancellations, or changes to subscriptions will be allowed. Subscriptions cannot be suspended or paused for personal reasons. Any promotional pricing or trial periods are subject to the terms disclosed when offered.
The content provided through MedReview is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Nothing in the services constitutes the practice of medicine, nursing, or any other healthcare profession, and nothing replaces a clinician's independent judgment when assessing or treating an individual patient. Always rely on the most current clinical guidelines, your training, and an appropriate evaluation of the patient in front of you. MedReview is not a substitute for individual patient assessment.
MedReview and its specialty products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), or any other governmental, certifying, or testing body, except where an explicit affiliation is stated in writing. Mention of these organizations is for reference only.
MedReview provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedReview disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedReview and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and content providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the services, even if MedReview has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, MedReview's aggregate liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) to MedReview in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedReview, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and content providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
MedReview respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on MedReview infringes your copyright, please send a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to support@medreviewedu.comthat includes: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
MedReview may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MedReview. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that MedReview will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content or services. You may link to medreview.com from your own site provided the link does not cast MedReview in a false or misleading light.
You may not access, use, or download the services if you are located in, or are a citizen or resident of, any country or region subject to United States sanctions or trade restrictions, including Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions.
MedReview may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Ownership, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and MedReview agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.
MedReview may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we will provide notice through the site or by email. Your continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
