General medical QBanks leave specialty trainees underserved. The depth, clinical nuance, and exam specificity that a PRS fellow, OMS resident, or rheumatology trainee needs simply doesn't exist in a one-size-fits-all platform.
MedReview was built to change that. We partner with specialty experts to create dedicated QBanks that match the rigor and focus of each specialty's inservice exam and board certification process.
MedReview began with a straightforward observation: residents and fellows studying for subspecialty inservice training exams and board exams were forced to cobble together preparation resources from textbooks, journal articles, and general QBanks that weren't built for their specific exam.
The result was inconsistent preparation, unnecessary anxiety, and wasted time sorting through irrelevant content. The specialties with the most rigorous and nuanced inservice and board exams (plastic surgery, oral surgery, rheumatology, and others) had the fewest dedicated resources.
We set out to fix that. Starting with Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, then Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and then Rheumatology, MedReview has built specialty-specific QBanks from the ground up. We partner with specialists who know exactly what it takes to pass (and excel on) their boards.
Today, MedReview is expanding across specialties, with a growing network of physician partners and a technology platform designed to grow with every new specialty we add.
Every piece of content is validated against current clinical guidelines, specialty board blueprints, and the best available medical evidence.
We maintain strict content independence. No commercial interests influence what gets written, how it's presented, or what answers are correct.
Physicians are our partners, not just our customers. We share revenue fairly with the specialists who create the content that makes our platform valuable.
We track learning outcomes and use data to continuously improve our content, ensuring our QBanks evolve alongside the specialties they serve.
Board preparation shouldn't depend on which training program you attend. We strive to make high-quality specialty review accessible to all trainees.
