When you fill out a form on MedReview (contact, partnership application, or waitlist signup), we collect the information you submit. If you create an account on a specialty QBank product, we collect registration information including name, mailing address, email, telephone number, educational background, professional information, and payment details (handled by our payment processor; we do not retain full card numbers).
When you visit MedReview, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, domain name, the time and date of your visit, the pages you view, referring URLs, and an approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. MedReview does not track your activity across third-party websites. Because there is no industry consensus on do-not-track signals, we do not currently respond to them. If we use remarketing or analytics services such as Google Analytics, you may opt out via those services' settings.
We host our services with reputable U.S. providers and use a variety of administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Every marketing or announcement email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. If you have trouble unsubscribing or your preferences are not updated, please contact support@medreviewedu.com and we will update your preferences manually. Transactional emails (such as receipts and password resets) are required for service delivery and cannot be unsubscribed.
MedReview is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as promptly as possible. If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact support@medreviewedu.com.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you certain rights regarding your personal information, including the rights described in the section above. MedReview does not sell personal information. To exercise CCPA rights, submit a request via support@medreviewedu.com. We will verify your identity before responding and aim to respond within 45 days.
